- 15% re-stocking fee applies to returned item for the first 30 days. Please note that there is no return after 30 days of purchase.
- Buyer will be charged shipping to and from ROCAR if the package is refused including 15% re-stocking fee on the actual item.
- ROCAR does not take any returns on used or damaged items.
- An RMA # (Return Merchant Authorization number) must be received from ROCAR before an item is returned. In order to get a return authorization number, please fax the original invoice to our return department at (909) 345-7933 or email invoice to [email protected]. The Return Authorization Number must be visible on the outside of package containing the returned merchandise. Unauthorized returns or items without a Return Authorization Number will be rejected at ROCAR Receiving Department and send back to sender at senders cost.
